Reflow Plumbing Gas and Air takes emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across Perth, north and south of the river. Water through the ceiling, a sewer backing up, a gas leak or a hot water system that has let go do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.

Call and tell us what is going on. We will talk you through what to do while we are on the way, so you can limit the damage before we arrive.

What to do before we arrive

For a water leak, turn off the water at the main stop tap, usually beside the water meter at the front of the property. If water is near power points or lights, keep clear and switch off the power at the switchboard if it is safe to do so.

For a leaking hot water system, turn off the power or gas to the hot water system, then the cold water valve on the system.

If you smell gas, do not use light switches, phones or anything that could spark near the smell. Get everyone outside. If it is safe, turn off the gas at the meter. For a leak at the meter or in the street, call ATCO on 13 13 52. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
